Policies
Appointment Timing - it is important to be on time for your scheduled appointment. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Being late will result in losing time from the particular day spa package you have scheduled.
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will automatically be added to all day spa packages and payable upon check-out. Please note: Gratuities may not be placed on credit cards and must be paid in cash.
Booking Policy - a 50% deposit is required for all day spa packages. If you are booking your day spa package with a gift certificate, the gift certificate number is required at this time. No exceptions.
Gift certicates expire within 1 year of purchase.
A lice check will be done on each client entering the salon for services.
Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to keep your appointment, 24 hour notice is required. Appointments not cancelled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit gift certificate value or be charged at half value of scheduled services on your credit card. This policy is strictly enforced.
