Policies

Appointment Timing - it is important to be on time for your scheduled appointment.   We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.  Being late may result in losing time from your service.

For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will automatically be added to all day spa packages.

Cancellation Policy - a credit card guarantee is required on all day spa packages.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, 24 hour notice is required.  Appointments not cancelled will forfeit gift certificate value or be charged at half value of scheduled services on your credit card.
